About Iced Tea Shop

Iced Tea Shop soft-opened on Wuchang Street in Ximending in July 2023 and officially opened on 10 November. We’re on the third floor of an old apartment building, styled like grandma’s house: red brick walls, rattan chairs and mosaic-tiled tables.

The name means “iced tea specialist”, and what we specialise in is Long Island Iced Tea. Starting from the New York classic, we bring Taiwanese tea into the glass — honey oolong from Alishan, Baozhong from Wenshan, Gangkou tea from Hengchun — and take the Long Island around the world: Okinawa, Scotland, Sicily, Turkey. Each glass is an island or a place.

Ramos

In October 2025 our second bar, Ramos, opened nearby. It is named after the classic Ramos Gin Fizz and is now a late-night bar open into the small hours, famous for its silky, foamy Ramos fizzes.

Our motto is a Chinese wordplay on “Long Island”: 常喝長島,常長喝島 — roughly, “drink Long Island often, and keep drinking the islands”. Every November the Wuchang store throws an anniversary party.

常喝長島,常長喝島。
