Long Island Iced Tea, remixed with Taiwanese tea and flavours from around the world. Our main store is a Taiwanese bistro bar on the third floor of an old apartment building; Ramos is a late-night bar open into the small hours.

A Taiwanese bistro bar on the third floor of an old apartment building, styled like grandma's house: red brick walls, rattan chairs and mosaic-tiled tables. Long Island Iced Teas made with Taiwanese tea, paired with Taiwanese stir-fries and drinking snacks such as soy-marinated clams, red yeast pork and shrimp dumplings. Made for a group to linger over.

Named after the classic Ramos Gin Fizz. Our signature is the silky, foamy Ramos fizz, alongside Taiwanese teas, desserts and bar snacks. Open into the small hours — perfect for a second round.

Grandma's house, third floor

In 2023 we opened our first bar on the third floor of an old apartment building in Ximending, and moved grandma’s house in with us: red brick, wooden window frames, green-tiled tables and old calendars. We called it the Iced Tea Shop — and what we sell is Long Island Iced Tea.
